Service Agreement

Work

Jumpsand will provide design, consulting, software development work on demand for Client as requested. Jumpsand will provide Client with an accounting of the time on invoices or when requested. Jumpsand will notify client when tasks are completed or when other requirements are needed. Client is able to request services as needed. Employees, contractors, assistants, or others working for or with Client may make requests of Jumpsand for services on behalf of the Client. This agreement will continue indefinitely and may be modified or cancelled at any time by either party by written notice. Upon cancellation all outstanding balances for services provided willbecome due.

Client retains ownership of all content, domains, and intellectual property delivered as part of the work product, except for: third-party tools, libraries, code, or content—if utilized; or unless otherwise specified and agreed to in writing by both parties.

Estimates

If requested Jumpsand will estimate the hours a specific task or project may take to complete before starting, either verbally or via email. No formal proposals for work under this agreement will be provided. Estimates are only estimates, actual hours accrued will be invoiced.

Invoices and Payments

All work and project communication will be invoiced at our hourly rate, currently $175 per hour, subject to change with notice. Time to date will be invoiced approximately monthly. Invoices are due in full by Client upon receipt. Client agrees to make timely payment. Payments are accepted online only via secure credit card or ACH, web links included on all invoices.
